Havng a menu to configure a custom boat layout, with size, shape, GPS position, draft etc. This is worth adding in the 'boat' part, not covered by OpenCPN.

- That would be useful for all sorts of ships.
- That would also recreate a more realistic view of the ship, position and surrundings.
- Zooming out should revert back the ship to a standard arrow (or OwnShip file).

Parameters adjustable should be:
- Name (from AIS, if available)
- Clearance (aerial)
- Draft (underwater)
- Beam
- Overall lenght
- GPS Position (from the bow and from centerline)
- A set of standard forms for the ship
- A minimum size to show the 'custom shape' (to ensure a correct display of it) otherwise, display the standard shape.

Ths will allow safer navigaton through shallow waters and through low clearance obstables (whch are identified in the s-57 maps but as far as I know not taken care of in OpenCPN).
This task depends upon

Partially implemented in 3.1 Beta series.
LOA, BOA and GPS offsets are used for drawing.
